After blogging ourselves to death for 4 hours Sunday at Kiva Koffeehouse, we got back on the road. We were already sick of looking at all the red rock between Colorado and Utah. We had to drive trough Bryce Canyon National Park, and decided to not even stop and take pictures. Here's a couple Nate took while driving.
Zion was our last stop in Utah. Even though we were sick of all the red rock landscapes, we agreed Zion was probably the most impressive of the parks we've visited. We arrived Sunday evening, just before the sun went down so we could snap some pictures. Zion was $25 just to drive through, but luckily we bought a yearlong National Parks Pass so we got in free. Zion is a lot different than any of the other National Parks. You can only drive through one road in the xx acre park. To access the rest of it, you need to catch a shuttle bus at the Visitors Center. Having seen more than enough red rock over the past few days, we decided to set up camp and head out in the morning.
After setting up camp, we went out to do some bouldering.
We showered for the first time in awhile that evening and called it a night. Tomorrow we were moving on again, to Vegas.
